Bode Wilde Makes it Three D1 Hockey Commitments
Bridgedale Academy 10th grader Bode Wilde has given his verbal commitment to play Division 1 college hockey at Harvard University.
Bode, who played last season for Detroit-Honeybaked, is regarded as one of the top defenseman in the country. Bode joins Jacob Pivonka and Brady Smith as Bridgedale Academy students making verbal commitments to D1 schools.
“Bode has consistently been one of the very best defenseman in the entire country the past few years,” said Kevin Mann, 200 x 85 founder and Chicago Mission coach. “There are very few players who can impact both sides of the game, offensively and defensively, like Bode does. He is a difference maker with his compete level, mobility, puck-handling and shot.”
Congratulations to Bode (and to his mom Fiona) on his commitment to Harvard.
