One of the best decisions we have ever made as parents

Our son has flourished in the environment of smaller classroom sizes and individualized attention.

One of the best decisions we have ever made as parents was to enroll our son at Bridgedale Academy for 8th grade.

We had heard of the first-class hockey training that he would receive from some of the most respected coaches and trainers in the state.

But what we were not aware of was the classical education that he would be fortunate to experience from teachers who are some of the most dedicated, knowledgeable and caring teachers our son has EVER had.

Our son has flourished in the environment of smaller classroom sizes and individualized attention he receives every single day at school.

And his ability to train hard as a goalie has only improved with the on-ice and off-ice training he participates in 4 days a week. The improvement in his athleticism is evidenced by his improved performance with his hockey team.

We only wish we had enrolled him sooner! 

Deana Olson appears by permission. She is a stay-at-home mom (most important job on the planet) and formerly was a very successful Associate Director of Sales with the largest convention hotel in the O'Hare/Rosemont area.

Deana's son Jake is a 8th grader at Bridgedale Academy and a goaltender who competed for the Huskies top Bantam team during the 2017-18 hockey season.

Bridgedale Academy is now accepting applications for the 2018-19 School Year. 

Bridgedale Academy is an all-boys school for athletes, a prep school for serious youth hockey players. We will offer grades 5 through 8 in the 2018-19 school year. In addition to our winning combination of sports and academics, we focus on leadership training. We use a classical academic curriculum and our graduates go on to attend some of the most prestigious high schools in the midwest, including Lake Forest Academy, Culver Military Academy, Shattuck St. Mary’s, Northwood School, Benet Academy, Fenwick Prep, St. Ignatius Prep, Latin School and Providence Catholic. We pride ourselves on being the top youth hockey prep school in the nation. Eleven (11) of our former or current students have already received their NCAA Division 1 college hockey commitments. Three (3) of our former students competed for USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and will begin their college playing careers in 2018-19, two at Notre Dame and one at Michigan.
